The journey began at the forefront, where a private foyer now greets visitors, with a newly raised paling fence for added privacy, crowned by a pergola.

Venturing further, our expansion efforts unfolded on the ground floor, in the addition of three meticulously designed rooms. A new formal entry sets the tone, then leading through the master to a walk-in robe and a luxurious ensuite. Throughout the remaining ground floor, a series of interior renovations breathe new life, while honoring the timeless charm of Edwardian styling.

Ascending to the mezzanine, space constraints spurred innovation, resulting in the preservation of the original outline while elevating the roofline and introducing a captivating balcony, offering views of the beach. The upper floor wrapped in a striking charcoal hue, the mezzanine stands as a bold contrast to the traditional aesthetic below, symbolizing a transition from old to new.
